Policies for the Stone Lodge at the Cabin in Baring

Cost: Each booking of the Stone Lodge must be arranged individually with management. This is to ensure both that we understand your needs and you understand our policies. You are renting our home, and we want you to treat it with the respect that, ….strike that. We want you to respect it like it belongs to someone else, which it does. The price will be discussed at the time of booking.

Services included: Your booking will include a bartender, if you wish to use the bar. Management personnel to ensure our policies are being followed. Cleanup supervision and assistance. Host and/or hostess to assist your guests. Catering recommendations. Beer and liquor advice.

Shoes: Your guests will be required to remove their shoes to protect our floor.

Deposit: 50% deposit will be required 30 days in advance, and is nonrefundable. Full payment is due two weeks prior the the event. If the Stone Lodge is booked more than 30 days in advance, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Within the 30 day time frame prior to the event, there is no refund of monies paid.
